Abstract

This research has a main objective to elaborate an electronic book that favors the theorical contents of Physical Education where these main aspects are evidenced: a wide information about history and evolution of  physical trainning, principles, basic hygene aspects and several topics of Therapeutic Physical Culture. For that purpose it was analysed that the students of  Superior Education, specially the Medical Sciences,  have poor knowledge about the theorical aspects of this subject, as well as some difficulties to obtain the bibliography that appears in programs. The  municipal seats does not count on  the necessary bibliography for the development of classes. Some results were obtained, the students developed skills with the use of New Technologies of Information and Communication and have the opportunity to perform research works about the theorical contents of the subject and it was obtained a source of updated information for the knowledge of Physical Education.
