Abstract

We present the case of a 6-year-old female patient, admitted to the pediatrics and surgery departments of the Peltier General Hospital of the Republic of Djibouti, diagnosed with mechanical intestinal occlusion, who underwent surgical intervention and underwent intestinal resection with anastomosis. terminal. The anatomopathological study showed a diagnosis of intestinal tuberculosis. The literature is reviewed and considerations are offered.
