Abstract

A 33-year-old young woman is presented to the maxillofacial surgery department at Celia Sánchez Manduley Hospital of Manzanillo, Granma, Cuba, due to a tumor in the lower right maxillary after surgical exeresis of the third right threatened molar (48). The result of lab and routine studies, including biopsy, confirmed the presence of ameloblastoma. The tumor removal with security border, the patient had a good progress, with good aesthetic and functional aspect.
