Abstract

With the objective of socializing the effects obtained from the actions carried out in the integrated community work during the academic year 2016-2017 to reverse the epidemiological situation in the province of Granma, this brief communication is made. Sanitation actions were implemented in the vulnerable areas of all municipalities in the province by obtaining that the municipalities of Bayamo and Manzanillo carried out more sanitary hearings, destroyed and abated deposits. The municipalities Manzanillo (66), Bayamo (32) and Yara (31) contributed febrile cases, the remaining municipalities do not exceed ten cases except for the territories of Buey Arriba, Guisa, Cauto Cristo and Campechuela that had zero febrile cases. The intersectorality constituted an important pillar to fulfil the call of the maximum direction of the government and the party achieving healthy and clean communities.
