Abstract

We report the case of a 6-year-old female patient, operated in the General Peltier Hospital of the Republic of Djibouti with the diagnosis of peritonitis due to perforation of a Meckel's diverticulum. Resection of the diverticulum and washing of the cavity were performed. Evolution was favorable. We review the literature and offer our considerations.
