IMMEDIATE DENTAL IMPLANT LOADING

Abstract

The immediate loading appeared at the end of the 80s, facing the main principles stablished by professor Branemark, the father of modern implantology.  Satisfactory statistical results are evidenced. Through this technique the implants are analized by functional forces during a period no longer than 24 hours. Apart from the aesthetic advantage that this technique represents for the patient, there is also an additional advantage since the biomechanical point of view because the oclussal forces are simultaneous to the implantation, provoking malformations that stimulate the bone mechanostate, bringing about the osseoinduction. It is then presented a case where it is described the applied technique and there is shown  the advantage of this treatment.
