Abstract

The elemental bony damages are the reflexes of the pathological processes where there is a modification of the bone structure, of the content of calcium salts or density and of the periostio: osteoporosis, osteoesclerosis, osteolesis, osteonecrosis and periostitis. In infants, the bony damages are classified in benign and malign and the diagnostic of them are done through the clinic method based on radiological images; the benigns are the most frequent of the type Lonely bone eyst. With the interconsulting in the Pedriatic Hospital “General Milanes” from Bayamo to preschooler with this diseas who arrives to the consult of urgency with an intense pain in the right hand side after had thrown the ball. Through the clinic method was demonstrated the pathologic bony fracture that is verified by means of the X-Rays of the right femur, observing an oval metaphysiary image, well radio lucid delimited, without periotic reaction, centrally located and slandering the cortical, with the definitive diagnostic of the Lonely Bony Tumor.
