Resumen

La cefalea es un síntoma común y difícil de valorar por las múltiples etiologías que la originan. La gran mayoría son de tipo benigno, y  con un adecuado interrogatorio y exploración física la causa en muchos casos se puede determinar.

Cada paciente con cefalea debe someterse a un detallado examen físico general.
