Abstract

This research is about the communicative instruction and its importance to obtain the best quality service in public health centers. This study is performed in the experimental way at Celia Sanchez Manduley hospital and it is carried out with secretaries and the personnel of this institution.  The problem of this research is related to the improvement of communicative competence of workers looking for better services in order to obtain an integral fulfilment. That is the reason why it is proposed to apply a training estrategy to increase the communicative instruction level. The main part of the estrategy was the application of two programs for this purpose: Psychology Notions and Interpersonal and Public Relations (Elementary Course). It was applied an initial exam of communicative competence to identify specific learning needs, such as empirical research methods like individual interviews, questionnaires to users and an observation guide.  Everything was repeated after the training actions, obtaining favorable results.
